VANGUARD Producer™ is a software application that makes documents accessible by enabling callers to quickly locate and listen to any part of a document via state-of-the-art voice recognition technology. Both content providers and existing VoiceXML applications (i.e. e-mail by phone) can use VANGUARD Producer to transform static and dynamic documents from any document format into Voice Document Files (VDFs), which are stand-alone VoiceXML files empowered with the VANGUARD Player, a text-to-speech playback control engine. Voice Document Files can exist on any network and are accessible via a voice browser platform. Voice browsers can be telephony based or computer based, providing multiple access points of VDF retrieval.
